4.1 Where you engage GAP Global for Software Development, Outsourcing, EOR, or Payroll Management services, the specific scope, deliverables, fees, and obligations will be set out in a separate signed contract or service agreement ("Service Agreement") between you and GAP Global.
4.2 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the terms of the Service Agreement shall prevail with respect to the services covered by that agreement.
4.3 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required for the delivery of our Services, including business, employment, tax, and payroll-related information.
5. Candidate and Employment Services
5.1 If you submit a CV, resume, or application through our website or platforms, you consent to GAP Global processing your information for recruitment, staffing, and employment-related purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Submission of an application does not guarantee an offer of employment or placement with any client.
5.3 For individuals engaged through our EOR or Payroll services, additional terms and obligations will be set out in your employment contract or engagement agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — is the property of GAP Global Technology Joint Stock Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
